Privacy Policy
Sinbar Sports is operated by Sinbar Consultants LLC ('Sinbar', 'we'). Organizations upload player and family information necessary to run their programs: names, contact details, registration choices, waivers, and payment records. We process this data solely to operate the platform for the organization that collected it. We do not sell personal information. Payment card data is handled by our payment processor (Stripe) and never stored on our servers.
Because our users include minors, we apply child-data safeguards consistent with COPPA: personal information about children is collected only through the organization enrolling them, used only for program operations, and deleted at the organization's request.
Terms of Service
Organizations use Sinbar Sports under a subscription or trial agreement. The 7-day trial requires no payment. After the trial, the platform fee is 3% of registrations processed through the platform, billed transparently. Organizations are responsible for the accuracy of the information they upload and for obtaining appropriate consent from families, including waivers for participation.
